Fast foods create a much higher risk of heart disease because of the high level of saturated or trans fats found in much of the food. Fast food can produce obesity, heart disease, peptic ulcer, irregular timing of eating, loss of appetite. Also foods rich in fat are reason for many diseases related to heart, blood vessels, liver and many more. It also increases the level of stress. Most fast food items are usually cooked in fat like French Fries and Donuts, which makes these foods calorie dense. Eating such can lead to undesirable weight gain and many other health issues.
